El transporte de su paquete

Los pedidos se envían dentro de las 24 horas laborables sobre recibo de su pago y el mismo día, si el pedido se realiza antes 12:00 (hora de París GMT +1).

Un cuidado especial se toma para proteger productos frágiles.

Devoluciones

Customers have 90 days to change their mind and return the product(s) that do not suit them without having to provide a reason. This period starts from the day of standard delivery of the order which is indicated when the order is validated. Each product is packaged in a transparent pouch sealed by heat welding, which must not have been opened upon return.

Follow these steps to return a product:

1) Ensure that the original secure packaging has not been opened on the affected product(s).
2) Send us a simple e-mail with the subject "Product Return" to let us know about your return request and indicate the number of the order involved.
3) Wait for us to validate the return request (maximum 12 hours to obtain a response).
4) Ship the product(s) in the unopened original packaging to the address provided in our response email and including your order number on a separate sheet of paper.

Once we receive the product(s), they will be refunded or exchanged within 24 working hours to a maximum of 7 working days.

If we receive a product whose secure packaging has been opened: it will be destroyed and will not be refunded.

Any return must be reported in advance to the Customer Service of VotrePiercing: primarily by simple electronic message by connecting to the site and filling out the form labeled "Add a message" relating to the order in the "Order History" section, or by e-mail via the contact form available on the "Contact Us" page.

This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, with the exception of return costs which can however be reimbursed upon simple request after receipt of the return by our services and at the lowest possible rate (for example, if you send with tracking we will only refund the price of the corresponding shipment without the tracking option).

The customer has the choice of requesting either a refund of the sums paid or an exchange of the product.
